| Design Principles |
Become familiar with the basic principles of truss design and the mechanical properties of wood. This 1-hour workshop discusses the principles of truss design including:- Loads
- Forces
- Stresses
- Lumber and plate strength properties
Upon completing the course, participants will better understand the basic principles that must be considered in the design of wood trusses. This course is approved by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board.
